At the warm invitation of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Chen Qiongru, the design director of Chuangdianzi Media, will be invited to participate in the #Ministry of Health and Welfare's "112 Annual Health Education Workshop" on September 4th, and will teach nearly 100 health center staff at the Tainan Hotel. The course theme is "#Efficient Eye-catching Policy Graphic Design", which is expected to last for four hours and bring a learning experience with great practical value to the participants. This workshop will focus on the design of diversified community picture cards, which will be divided into seven categories. These picture cards have been actively collected and deeply analyzed by teacher Chen Qiongru for one to two years, and are carefully classified according to different functions. The following is an introduction to three of the categories:
Category 1: Policy information presentation cards
The purpose of these cards is to present policies, laws and important concepts in a clear and concise manner to provide an easy-to-read interpretation of policy information. Through clear and concise titles, well-organized text, appropriate layout, intuitive icons, and bold fonts to highlight key words and phrases, these cards ensure that policy messages are clearly conveyed.
Category 2: Policy PR Clarification Cards
These cards are designed to explain policy content, clarify misunderstandings, and break down false statements and curb the spread of rumors to ensure that the public understands the policy correctly. These cards are usually characterized by clear and unambiguous titles, centered typography, bold fonts, contrasting colors and other visual elements, and may use symbols and data to emphasize the truth.
Category 3: Policy PR Clarification Cards
This type of picture card aims to emphasize "why", explain the purpose and importance of the policy, and guide the public to deeply understand the value of the policy. By organizing complex content information and presenting it in a concise way, including classifying different types and explaining why these policies are needed, these picture cards aim to enhance the public's understanding of specific issues. They use table highlighting, neatly arranged grid design and appropriate white space, and may include friendly illustrations to increase appeal. For a huge amount of information, creatively visualized charts (information graphics) are the main axis, accounting for more than 1/2 of the entire screen, making it easy for people to understand and quickly understand. The sorted lazy package picture cards are easy to be forwarded and collected, and have efficient communication power!
This workshop will provide participants with practical tools and techniques to improve policy graphic design and make it more effective and attractive. We hope that Teacher Chen Qiongru can bring practical insights and knowledge to health center staff.
