1. The latest feature: Canva Live
First of all, let’s take a look at what exactly is the function of Canva Live?
Simply put, it is a live broadcast function, but its live broadcast is only in the message function. To display the live broadcast content, it still needs to be used with remote conference software such as Google Meet/Zoom/Teams/Cisco Webex, etc. Remote conference software broadcasts the presentation content, and text interaction allows you to enter the Canva Live group and interact with the host. The host can also reply to the messages of specific participants~

First, go to the presentation page and click "Show Presentation" in the upper right corner.
Then click "Presentation View Mode" to enter the review screen.
When you enter the presentation viewing mode, you can click Canva.Live in the upper right corner of the screen to start a new session. You will be given an invitation code for the live broadcast, which can be easily copied to the other party.

Here are three ways to use Canva Live:
Method 1: Engage your audience (Q&A and feedback)
While presenting the presentation, the audience can respond directly at any time. The presenter can also have a more direct Q&A with the audience or give immediate feedback through this real-time interactive method! It can be said that the interactivity of online presentations has been greatly increased~

When you reach a section and want to interact with the audience, you can click on the three dots above the commenter and select "Enlarge Display" to display it on the live screen, showing questions asked by others or interesting statements. To change to the next one or end the interaction with the commenter, just click "Cancel Enlarge Display".
Clicking the "Handy Shortcuts" in the host's briefing area will open eight interactive modes. Except for "Bubble" and "Confetti", which require you to wait for the action to complete and press it repeatedly, the other six will appear after you click once. If you want to close them immediately, just click again. And all eight interactions can exist at the same time.
Method 2: Hangouts and Watch Parties (watch content with your audience)
Enter the presentation page, click "Show Presentation" in the upper right corner, but this time select "Presenter's View".
After entering, you will see two different windows appearing on the screen, namely the "audience window" and the "presenter window".
When using this mode, the audience will not see the comments directly. They need to click the three dots above the commenter and select "Enlarge" to display them on the live screen for the audience to see. This mode allows you to better control what the audience actually sees and when to let them see questions or release special effects. The audience can also use special effects to respond to the content of the presenter in real time while the video is playing.
Option 3: Play a game with your audience (using a quiz template from the Canva library)
Suitable for teachers who are teaching remotely, or for presenters who need to test the audience during a presentation.
In the presentation, you can list the test questions one by one in PPT. The audience can reply to his answers instantly through other devices, and the presenter can also respond to the audience's replies immediately!
Don’t worry when you move on to the next quiz, you can simply delete the audience’s responses to the previous question!
