Food Industry Promotion Conference | Event Design Case: Central and Local Health Authorities Food Safety Management Consensus Meeting

The "Consensus Meeting on Food Safety Management between Central and Local Health Authorities" was held in Taichung from July 21 to 22, 2025, hosted by the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and implemented by the Taiwan Food Industry Promotion Foundation. To ensure a more consistent and professional visual experience, atmosphere, and branding for the two-day event, the Taiwan Food Industry Promotion Foundation commissioned Creative Media Marketing to plan and design the overall event visuals.
Through comprehensive design and marketing planning, the event not only left a deep impression on attendees, but also significantly enhanced the event’s media exposure and professional image.
With the rapid rise of Taiwan's biotech industry, various policy initiatives and industry trends are drawing increasing attention from businesses and the government. To foster smoother communication and effective exchange between industry, government, and academia, the Taiwan Bioindustry Association (TBIA) held the "Biotech Industry Policy Forum." The Creative Idea Media Marketing team oversaw event coordination, visual design, and promotional materials. Through precise marketing strategies and visual presentation, they perfectly captured the forum's theme and achieved effective communication.

Exhibition visual image design

Key visual design (KV)
This design is centered around the themes of "food safety management x media communication." Its core uses a hexagonal interface, combined with symbols such as beverages, cans, lunch boxes, and seasonings, to represent the immediacy and transparency of "visualized food safety information" during inspection and management. The upper imagery showcases food safety symbols and media communication elements, symbolizing technological testing and information disclosure. The lower imagery depicts professional figures collaborating on laptops, documents, and large media monitors, conveying a collaborative atmosphere across multiple levels and platforms between central and local governments. The gears in the background evoke the multi-stakeholder collaboration and operational mechanisms. The color scheme, a gradient of aquamarine and green with orange accents, combines a technological feel with a friendly aesthetic, symbolizing transparency, speed, and trust. The overall design conveys the core concept of "collaborative consensus, delivering peace of mind," highlighting the professionalism, immediacy, and reliability of the food safety management system and strengthening public trust and confidence in food safety information.

The overall style integrates the three elements of "food safety × media communication × collaborative consensus", using a visual language that is both modern and trustworthy to reinforce the core concept of "open and transparent food safety information, accurate cross-domain cooperation, and safe delivery to society."
